I got told in a session today about a big improvement. As anyone who knows me or has read my 18 years of articles, can tell you, I believe there is always a natural habit solution for a behavior. This session was about a girl age 8 who would have a horrible time with bedtime. Could not come down from lots of energy. Had insomnia which would translate into late bedtime, cranky mornings and far less than positive school days and school work. After a little bit of research and my asking questions, I found that dinner was usually pasta or bread with little protein and no fat. Dinner drink was Orange juice. I asked mom and dad to lower the carbs, do some good protein and omega 3 fats and have her start drinking water instead of the juice. Carbs and juice are not always bad, as long as they are timed right. Later in the evening is not the best time. Problem solved with nice improvements! I am thrilled for them!
